This page explains how to delete your TBT: Truth Body Tracker account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent.
Important: Deleting your account, in the app or by email, does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or billing may continue.
Delete from within the app
The path is the same on iOS and Android:
Open the Menu tab and go to the Account section.
Tap Delete account.
Tap Continue on the warning.
Type your account email to enable the Permanently delete my account button.
Confirm on the final prompt Are you absolutely sure?.
Your account and the associated data are removed from our active systems.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, write to contato@baginski.com.br from the email address associated with your account, requesting deletion. We verify your identity by confirming control of that email address before deleting.
What is deleted and how long it takes
Deletion removes your account and the data associated with it from our active systems: measurements and body history, lab exams, workouts and nutrition, Coach conversations, and generated plans and analyses. Backups are purged within 30 days as part of the regular rotation cycle. We retain only records whose retention is required by law, for the period required.
Health data on your device: data stored on the device itself by Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) is not deleted by TBT. Manage it directly in those apps.
